    Wholeparts.com Warranty Policy

     

    Appliance parts purchased from Wholeparts.com, are guaranteed for 60-day from the purchase date against factory defects.  A defective appliance part can be exchanged for a new one within one year of the original purchase date. A defective part cannot be returned for a refund, exchange only.

     

    To receive a replacement part under 60-day Appliance Parts Warranty, you must contact us by email at: help@Wholeparts.com within 60 days of the date of purchase and provide us with your order number plus the part number taken directly from the appliance that the part is installed on. If you can't remember your order number we can help with that.

    Wholeparts.com is not responsible for any shipping charges having to do with a warranty return. You (the customer) will be responsible for any and all shipping charges, including shipping charges to send the defective part back to us, as well as the shipping charges to send a replacement part to you (the customer).

    The following items are excluded from this 6 month Appliance Parts Warranty.

    · Damage caused by improper installation or misuse.

    · Dryer fuses, safety thermostats, and thermal fuses because these items are safety devices designed to fail in the event of a dryer vent restrictions or shorted heater.

    Part Availability

     

    This limited Warranty is extended to the original purchaser only, it is not transferable. Furthermore, this Warranty covers only the appliance part. It does not cover technical assistance any other incidental or consequential damages.

     

    In most cases we may require a part be returned to us for testing before we send out a replacement.

     

    Abuse of the 60-day Appliance Parts Warranty policy: Wholeparts.com  reserves the right to refuse to sell to any person or company for any reason if we suspect that a person or company is abusing our 60-day Appliance Parts Warranty policy.
